Just Some General Stuff
It’s taken me a few days, but I have finally got around to adding a new wordpress theme. Sleeker, (generally) imageless and blue, unlike the last one.
So what do I like about this one?
- Text size is a little larger
- Links have different styles for a:link and a:visited
- It has those cute little icons everywhere
- It’s blue
After Monday, I’m going to do a bit more cleaning. I’ve added a few plugins, and am going to actually start using them properly. The pages, too, are going to get a revamp, and become better organised, with more stuff.
I know this is a short entry, but wayhay. Sorry about that. So, I spin things over to you - anything you would like to see me add? Any thoughts about the new layout?

Cute little icons ftw! I’m glad you’re revamping the site. It’s much fun and you’ll feel so proud, yet relieved, once it’s done.
One bizarre thing though, when I make your text larger in Firefox, your content div shoots over to the right of the page. Weird.
You’re absolutely right. How very odd. I’ll take a look at the CSS right now, although I don’t know when I can fix it (if it takes a while). I was thinking of upsizing the entry text, anyway, so maybe that can be done at the same time.
EDIT: And I think I have figured out what is doing it. Next step is to figure out how to stop it, without losing the background image of the content/sidebar.
I think background images will be the death of people… I recently saw a graph showing how much time is spent on each task when designing a website… I might rework it slightly and then blog about it…
Big fonts are good!
